The bulbous body of the object is decorated with a band of incised patterns, and the bottom is pierced with a hole in the center. The top features a handmade figurine of a man seated with crossed legs, holding a vessel for cocoa drink, known as Xocolatl, in both hands...

A Veracruz life size head from 600 AD-900 AD. This figure wears a cap with head ornamentation and ear spools. The pupils and mouth are blackened with bitumen. A flesh tone slip covers the head. It is mounted on a stand. In fine conditon althought there is a minor crack on the left cheek.

Seated naked woman, cupping each breast in her hands, with serene facial features, large ears to the side, the striated coiffure extending down the neck. Porous basalt, intact. The breast holding posture of this female figure is seen as a symbolic fertility gesture.

What makes it so rare is that the head, body, arms and legs are all matching even though the arms and head have been reattached when the figure was found. Exceptional Type 10 Mezcala Figure. 5 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" CA. 1500-300 B.C. This very mint gray stone figure has no modern day chips or marks, it does have the classic upper top of the head fracture area. This figure has a very nice plumpness to it. It comes with a custom made black metal stand. Mineral and root marks over all.

This stunning miniature Colima warrior is 1 1/2" tall. It is from the estate of the late Lynn Langdon. The figure was acquired in Mexico in the mid-20th century and is attributed to the Colima horizon, c.300BC-300AD.collection. The right arm has been cleanly broken and glued together. A fabulous little beauty.

Of the over 10,000 artifacts that the late world famous Dr. Allen Heflin found, this little miniature hand-molded ceramic figurine ranks among the rarest. It is from the unattributed Preclassic Period, C1200-900BC. It is 1 7/8" long and in superb condition except for a small ding to the left breast. It still has traces of red pigment. Heflin found this little treasure on 8-12-60 and is so marked on the back. It is from Cuautitlan. She is wearing ear spools.

This petrified wood tang knife is from the four-corners area of the southwest. It is 3 1/4" long. It is from the Wallis-Thomas collection. The base of the tang has been snapped off anciently, but does not detract.

This beautiful Dovetail is 3 5/8" long and made from translucent striped carter cave flint. Very finely beveled. Found by Tommy Gill in Garrad County, Kentucky,G-10.

A choice and very charming collection of 6 bronze spatels or spoons with animal finials, baboon, monkey, rat, pelican, dog and bird. Late Moche or Chimú, 800-1200 AD.

Pin-shaped bronze coca spoons (also called lime spoon), was used to measure lime powder in order to enhance the hallucinogenic properties of other drugs.

They are costum mounted to a large plexi block and it seems to be a nice way to display them.

Pre Columbian Dark Green Jade Celt Likely Myan , very fine stone that sadly does not photograph well its has a nice speckling the piece is well shaped and the end shows sighs of heavy use, the blade has a chip that was reworked in ancient times. Size 1.75" by.75". This would work well as a pendant with a gold cap at the end.

This early pre-classic olmecoid figure dates from approximately 1250 BCE to 800BCE it measures 5 1/2" by 4 1/2".Mineral deposits and root marks. The head has been reattached. The figure was in the collection of Robert Ruark, the highly acclaimed writer and acquired from Arte Primitivo.
