This beautiful Dovetail is made from high gloss, waxy, semi-translucent burlington chert. It has great patina and mineralization. It comes with a Tom Davis COA rating it a G-10. It is 4 1/4" long and 1 1/2" inches wide. It was found by Charlie Walker in Bourbon County, Kentucky

Tlatilco is noted in particular for its high quality pottery pieces, many featuring Olmec iconography. Tlatilco figures were known for their elaborate hair styles. San Rafael is depicted with angelic face and a crown of roses on his head. The angel is dressed in boots and an elaborate traveler's coat with lace cuffs. A female Colima figure from the pre-Classic period [1200 BC-300AD]. She wears a hat, earrings, necklace and shoulder ornamentation. There are stress cracks of the arm, neck and leg which have been professionally restored. It shows strong yellow and red pigmentation. 9" high.

Rare c.1880-1890 Numerous reproductions exist. This is one of the few real 1900 century mermaids that this gallery has seen. Excellent condition. Some rust as expected. Some paint loss. 9.5" length.

This pre-Columbian Chancay bone flute is from the central coast area of Peru, 800AD-1200AD. It is 6" long and has four holes on the top and one on the bottom. The knuckle is carved with a very nice frog and two serpents/snakes along the sides. It is in beautiful, solid condition with superb patina. A real no-brainer. I purchased it on October 12, 1989 from HD Enterprises.

This outstanding Olmec jade standing figure is 5 3/4" long. The jade is high quality and opaque. There is no restoration or repair. Very rare and beautiful. It has excellent provenance and comes with a COA from Bill Breckinridge. There are many modern fakes on the market of Olmec standing figures. This impressive boxlike purse was hand beaded and constructed as a souvenir by a member of the Iroquois nation at the turn of the century.
