Chinese cloisonné and gilt bronze horned mythical animal from the late 19th century. The body is decorated with a colorful cloud pattern. The top, also a lid, is decorated with a blue, green, and gold hexagonal turtle shell pattern and two blue dragons on body. It has three pieces, the body, a fitted lid, and an inset piece. It measures 6" long, 6" tall.

Fine Chinese cloisonné snuff bottle on bronze; shows two main panels featuring dragons chasing pearls; sides and knop decorated with very fine wire scrolled lotus plants; marked on the base; good condition

A rare pair of Chinese cloisonne enamel 'holy water' bottles, Qianlong/Jiaqing, c. 1800. Height 23 cms. Iron-red decorated porcelain bottles of this shape were made in the Qianlong reign as gifts to Tibetan monks. In cloisonne, however, they are much rarer. The only pair to have come on the market in recent times were sold at Christie's New York, 18.9.2014, for USD 23,750. A single example was sold in Christie's Paris, 8.6.2010, lot 242.

A pair of Chinese cloisonne incense burners in the shape of celestial cocks with fishes as their tails. Late 19th to early 20th century. Antique Chinese pair of high footed bulb shaped lidded cloisonne containers, decorated all over with a beautiful floral motif, very fine wire work, gilt details, interiors with a deep blue enamel, Republic Period. Size: 8" high

Fine Chinese Canton Enamel Dish decorated with a scene of figures on a bridge in a lakeside setting, within a blue scroll border. The rim with panels of flowers within a black scroll. The underside with peaches and fungus. Mid 18thC. Diameter 14.6cm. Condition: very good, usual faint stress lines and faint star crack to base.

A small enamelled copper box, the cover depicting a grasshopper or cricket amongst grasses and flowers. The base carries a "CHINA" stamp which dates it to post 1890. This item was probably made circa 1900, during the latter years of the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). Condition - there are spots and blemishes to the enamel on the cover and there are losses to the enamel on the sides. 4.1cm (1.6 inches) long; 3.1cm (1.25 inches) wide; 1.4cm (0.55 inches) high...

Wonderful pair of Chinese cloisonne elephants, each one sits on it's rear end with trunk high in the air, decorated all over with beautiful cloisonne motifs, these pieces are actually containers! The heads come off to reveal little domed lids, these also come off to reveal containers! Each elephant sits on a stand. Beautiful and charming! Early 20th century. Size of each: 13 3/4" high (12 1/2" high without stand) x 5" wide x 6" deep.

A fine example of an early 20th century Chinese enamel cloisonné baluster form vase decorated with intricate foliate and vine patterns in an arabesque style design. The pattern, in shades of blue, is displayed over a pale turquoise ground accented by gold gilt base and neck. In excellent condition, it measures 12.5" high

It has hairline crack at the rim, small cut marks at the rim, rubbing of gilding, firing holes, and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos).

A pair of 19th C.to 20th C. Chinese enamel cloisonne pedestal dishes with flower motif, in excellent condition. H:8-2/5" D:6-1/2" Sold to IN.

The quality of this small elephant is excellent. Standing foursquare with head turned to one side. The body and the separately cast reliquary - monstrance inlaid, brightly enameled, multi coloured and richly ornamented. Nineteenth century or a little bit earlier. L : 14,8 cm. H : 19,4 cm Condition : Excellent with no damage. The reliquary - monstrance incomplete ( please see the last enlargement ).

A very unique Black cloisonne dish for jewelry, it features a glass insert over a beautiful translucent hard stone. It is marked China on underside in black. This late 19th century masterpiece is sure to please, as it it is uncommon to find these ring dishes with the original glass insert. It measures 4" in diameter.
