Chinese Song /Yuan Dynasty Qingbai Glazed Incised Porcelain Bowl (with characters)

This porcelain bowl with flared rim was made during the 12th - 13th Century (Late Song - Yuan Dynasty). It is fairly "heavily-potted" and coated in quite a dark greenish qingbai glaze that is finely-crackled. The rim edge remains unglazed and in places has fired to a deep reddish-brown...

A beautiful blue and white Transitional period bowl (about 1640), with an apocryphal Chenghua mark to the base. The cobalt blue color is very deep and attractive, painted with fishermen in a river scene. It is 22cm in diameter. Condition is good; there is a tight hairline to the rim. Featuring a baluster shaped body rising from a slightly splayed foot, tapering to its shoulders onto a long waisted neck with a petalled mouth. Its body is adorned with carved and combed floral patterns and is covered overall in a green-white ‘Qingbai’ glaze stopping short above its foot...

Antique Chinese small porcelain water coupe. Painted with intricate and colorful scenes of a mountain landscape. Figures look out the windows of waterside huts while men fish from boats. Pines and blossoming trees grow on blue-geen mountains and rocks. There is calligraphy near the mouth of the coupe and a studio mark on the bottom.

This is a remarkable antique Chinese Blue and White porcelain Ginger Jar from the Qing Dynasty Kangxi Period (1662-1722 A.D.). It features a broad-shouldered, globular body that sits on a ring foot and has a short neck and a slightly flared mouth. The body is finely hand-painted underglaze in bright shades of cobalt blue with a continuous landscape scene depicting scholars in a garden surrounded by trees and rocks...

A very warm and appealing Chinese porcelain blue and white jar with swirling leaf and vine decoration similar to those produced during the Kangxi reign. This example dates to about 1880, late in the Qing dynasty.

The cobalt is fine quality and the design will bring pleasant moments of contemplation.

Chinese Qing dynasty Kangxi marked monochrome beehive form water coupe (taibo zun) covered overall in a copper red glaze. The slightly recessed flat base and interior are white. The base holds an apocryphal underglaze blue six-character Kangxi reign mark written in three columns. Libatory cup in Chinese soft porcelain. The cup is made with a mold in 2 parts, on the side you can see the junction mark. It is decorated in relief with 2 dragons, a crane in flight and a deer. The clay is white covered by a transparent glaze.Usually, these white Chinese cups are made of hard porcelain, those made of soft paste like this are rarer.
