A very rare and interesting large fragment of a sculptural torquise blue faience vessel with moulded decoration, Egypt, probably Amarna period, 14th. century BC.
The fragment represent up to 40% of what was once a hemispheric low bowl with pseudo handles and black and torquise glaze. Moulded decoration of large snake and the tail of another which would have adorned the other side.

Interesting blackstone seal with low loop handle and a carving of XXX inside linedecoration, Mesopotamian, late Ubaid period (5500-3700 BC).
Oberlánder dates this seal to the 3rd. millenium BC, we're certain that it's a much earlier and made in the later Ubaid period (5500-3700 BC).

A lovely hemispheric stamp seal with a defined handle which piercing in the top and engraved in the base with a nice image of the Sun, Uruk Period, Mesopotamia, 4th. millenium BC.

Condition: Near Extremely fine, some uncleaned sand deposits in the details, which distorts the imprint, but can be removed easily.

Large vase decorated with red-figure scenes. A chiton clad woman with a small box stands in front of a naked youth holding a taenia; the youth’s cloak is wrapped around his arm.

Fine zoomorphic askos in the shape of a crouching cow.
The barrel-shaped body decorated with owls facing each other with their wings raised, the other side features a large (tuna?) fish. The owls rendered in silhouette technique, the fish with reserved eye and teeth.
