Ancient Near East, Luristan, ca. 1200 to 800 BC. A large elaborate bronze cloak pin, cast via the lost wax (cire perdue) process with poppy flower shaped terminal.

Used to fasten clothes, in this case due to the unusually heavy fabric and decoration, likely leather for presentation use - perhaps for a very thick cape or leather armor...

A nice head of a horse and a upperpart of d warrior with a shield on his back, Greece, Cyprus, Cypro-Archaic period 750–600 BC.

These fragments are sold without bases.

This is an exceptional bronze dagger or lance point from ancient Syria, possibly the Luristan culture. It measures 199mm and weighs 68 grams. It has a small tang, gently sloping blade edge, and thick midrib. It has a nice malachite patina and shows no signs of damage or repair.

An attractive bronze figure of a Rooster on top of a seal ring, 10th.-12th. century AD.

Very attractive with fine redish and green patina.

The seal of an excellent style and nice carved in a serpentine black stone with a star radiating from a circular borders and a central dot.

A larger hemispheric stone seal with a dome and elaborate line below the drilling on the top, Mesopotamian, Uruk period c. 4000-3000 BC.

The seal is carved with a later version of the archaic 'grit' pattern, where it looks like horisontical script-lines. Very nicely made in an attractive and very hard green-black stone.
