A rare glazed, genuine SONG/YUAN glazed Celadon pot with molded flowers/foliage and 2 loops, 14th Century. The bottom glazed area also has a fine and rare molded flower motif. The foot itself remained unglazed.
Diameter 7.5 cm x height 6 cm. This fine and rare Celadon was found in the Musi river, close to Palembang City, which was the Capital of the SRIVIJAYA KINGDOM, and which had a vast trade network with China and Siam. Overall condition good.
