Late Qing Dynasty (1890s - 1900s) small Chinese bronze seal with square base and loop for hanging on the top. The impression of the seal is shown on the first photo (image is flipped left to right to present the image as it will actually print on paper). Nice piece with good casting, well carved raised characters on the base, dried red seal paste in the grooves. Very pleasant to the touch, wonderful piece for a scholar’s desk. Height 7/16 inches, base 7/16 inches square.

We present a fine Chinese Export porcelain armorial platter with unknown insignia but it is wonderfully enameled with royal blue and gold around both the rim and the top of the cavetto. The center of the plate features the owner initials amidst and draped beribboned shield. The orange peel finish exudes warmth of a distant past. It is 3.9 inches (10 cm) tall by 13.8 inches (35 cm) wide. It will hold a piece with a base width of 9.5 inches (24.2 cm) in diameter. It is 3,334 gram (7.4 lb).

It has hairline cracks, chips, rubbing of color, and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos).

A matching pair of massive pottery horses with riders, Chinese, Tang Dynasty (AD 618-907).

This matching pair from the same tomb comes with a TL test from Ralf Kotallas lab, dating them to ca. 800 AD - so 1200 years old.

The set consists of a two similar horses brown coloured with details in red and white, lovely long dressed manes and large sadles, with a female and male rider. The female rider with her right hand thrown back and seated in a relaxed pose...

Late 19th century Chinese Canton enamel footed shallow dish painted in polychrome enamels with 2 different stands holding various archaic bronze vessels with leaves and flowers, and bamboo tubes tied with a knot - one of the Emblems of the Eight Immortals. Cavetto with painted flowers on yellow background, outside is enameled light green. Beautifully painted, few faint lines of crazing, overall in great condition. Wonderful item for a scholar’s desk. Length 4 1/2 inches.

Nice quality painting with famille rose colors, all dark spots are original pitting marks. Quiet item for a scholar’s desk. Height 1 inch, diameter 2 1/4 inches.
