A Very Fine Chinese Grey Mottled White Jade Ruyi Sceptre: China, 19th 18th –early 19th century This grey white nephrite jade Ruyi Sceptre finely carved and well polished, it skillfully worked in high relief with a pierced and carved in the form of an old and curved plum stem with its flowers and Lingzhi fungus, a monkey playing on the plum branches, russet dark grey tinges on some areas. It is in very fine condition without any damages, and measures 14cm x 4.7cm w.

This 19th Century traditional Han Chinese robe would have been used for winter wear. It uses dark black satin weave silk fabric, and has very wide cuffs with floral embroidery and the shape is trimmed out with a floral silk ribbon. The coat has its original buttons and fabric loop closures...and has original lining. Excellent condition

Up for sale is a bolt of antique chinese silk brocade, yardage with roundel of auspicious symbols for Manchu man's robe, 19th or early 20th century. A lot of material, more than enough to make a big robe. 2 groups of 3 small roundels are for making the horse-shoe cuffs as pointed out in the picture. 22nd picture below show a piece of old paper sticks to the corner and a inked seal. Porcelain Chinese figurine of Tsao Kuo Chiu, who is a patron saint of theatrical profession. Richly decorated in polychrome enamels, Tsao Kuo Chiu is one of the 8 Immortals. We have never seen a theatrical monkey at the base, but he is a nice addition to this very unique 19th century Chinese figurine. Marked CHINA on the bottom, we are dating him Circa 1900. In excellent condition, he measures 7.5 inches tall.
