A very large Ming Dynasty Tomb pottery horseman soldier, c. 1500 AD!
This figure is dating to the Ming dynasty around 1500 AD. and is very large!. It depicts a exceptionally scultured and detailed horseman - likely a soldier. He is seated on a horse. The soldier is fully glaced with a fantastic lively green jacket which looks like a sort of bodyarmor. The helmet, face and horse are decorated in different colours.

Beautiful Chinese fragment of a dragon robe, Kangxi period, Qing dynasty. Decorated with 3 five-clawed dragons. A front faced dragon located at the chest area while the other two dragons holding fire pearl looking upward and flying above the sea waves. Chinese Qing dynasty wucai baluster form porcelain jar painted with two large phoenix birds in flight among peony flowers and leafy scrolling foliage. A narrow border holding two qilong among flowers and leafy vines is at the high shoulder below a band of scrolling foliage at the neck. Brown dressed rim. Condition; perfect, no cracks chips or restoration. Very minor frits to knop.
This Ge glazed dish is at least from the early Qing Dynasty but most probably the piece is older. Please compare the shape and the unglazed base of the piece with similar Ge glazed pieces from the early Ming and the Yuan Dynasty. There was an interesting discussion concerning this topic last year at Gotheborg forum.
