Standing Mandalay Buddha with flowing robes, holds both hands in the Varada gesture symbolizing fulfillment of all wishes, boon and charity. The Buddha's right hand is holding a myloban fruit offering and he stands on a Lotus throne. Wood with lacquer and gilding, 19th Century, Burma, Size: H. 125 cm x W. 26 cm x D. 26cm including base.
