The basic fabrics are different plain weaves, embroidered with silk and silver wrapped threads, crocheted together. Two patches with a kind of floral needle weaving. Bordered with a green ribbon and later lining. Condition: stained and flawed areas, missing threads, faded. Dimension: 159.5 cm x 98 cm.

A beautiful Persian tribal small chanteh (bag) for personal use. Hand woven of wool for incredible durability. This bag has a very tight intricate knotting with a central design of diagonal bands of blue, white and rust colors. Inside each band is a diagonal row of what appear closest to a simple wheel of fortune motif except that each symbol only has two hooked arms and is spinning in the opposite direction of a wheel of fortune motif...

A book cover made for a Qur'an, the originating country being North African or in the Middle East. A coarse weave is embroidered with red in counted stitch and with metal wrapped thread.
