Unique clear glass Sino Tibetan image of a Dakini, most likely cast from a mold. Basically even with the usual clay images it is problematic dating them as the molds may be old but the item recently made, this piece has traces of compacted soil, surface pitting and wear, as well as small Ming Dynasty Buddhist and Taoist clear glass charms having been documented, I feel a circa 100 year plus is a conservative dating...

Small ovoid vase with short neck; lugs on two sides of the neck. Rich brown iron glaze over a gray-beige colored ceramic body, leaving the lower 1/3 part free.

Antique Japanese Noh mask of the character Okame, a young moon faced woman, pleasant rounded features and smile with blackened teeth, very beautifully worn lacquered and painted kiri wood, remnants of old mouth piece on back, Edo Period. Size: 8" high

Daimyo hikeshi shozoku: Samurai firefighter's wool jacket with a silk velvet collar; the crest and design are couched with gold leaf thread (wrapped around silk thread), chest protector and belt. Excellent, clean condition with some holes and damages in velvet collar. Late Edo period (1603-1868), 50" wide x 39" long, Chest protector, 25 1/4" long.

These antique iron stirrups probably belonged to a low level horse soldier of the Chinese army during the Qing dynasty. They are well patinated.

This is a fantastic example of an early bronze dagger blade with handle rivets still present and intact. This type was common to large areas of the Middle East from present day Greece across to Iran. It has a triangular blade with prominent midrib and a very short, flat tang. The patina is a gorgeous mixture of greens and browns with a hint of blue. This is an interesting copper alloy dagger. It has a triangular blade with a prominent midrib and a short, flat tang. The patina is an unusual light gray color and there are some brown encrustation on the surface of both sides. It measures roughly 24 cm in length and weighs 111 grams. This type of dagger is typically very early (before 1500 BC).

This is a wonderful example of an ancient bronze spear from ancient Greece or Persia. It has a beautiful, leaf-shaped blade with a strong central rib. The tang is rectangular with a 90 degree bend at the end that is finished with a perfect round knob. The patina is a mix of light greens and browns.
