A fine and rare incense burner (zhudiao xianglu ) of tripod form with a pair of handles carved of a piece of bamboo root. A ornamented band running along the rim. Qing, Jiaqing or early Daoguang, c. 1800–1830. H 10 cm, D 6.8 cm. Condition: Excellent with nice wear from handling.

Antique Japanese small lacquer tebako (accessory box) decorated with a design of wildflowers that wraps around the sides of the box. Gold maki-e lacquer with fine detail and a mist of gold flecks on a black lacquer ground. The entire interior as well as the underside of the box is covered in a dense gold nishiji.

Antique 18th-19th century Korean silver-inlaid iron tobacco box with sliding lid, Korea, Joseon dynasty (1392–1910).

The rectangular box made of hand-forged iron is adorned with silver inlaid bamboo branches, peony blossoms, and a crane standing beside a pine tree on three sides.

A beautiful blue and white Transitional period bowl (about 1640), with an apocryphal Chenghua mark to the base. The cobalt blue color is very deep and attractive, painted with fishermen in a river scene. It is 22cm in diameter. Condition is good; there is a tight hairline to the rim. Ancient palstave axe, originating from Europe. The axe dates back to 1400-1200 B.C., making it an ancient relic of historical value. It is made of cast and polished bronze and has a typical form.
