Very large mask representing the Hindu god Hanuman, one of the heroes of the Ramayana epic. Small ears, eyes in relief, long nose and upper jaw, open pierced through mouth showing teeth, large lower jaw. Two large holes at eye level to allow the bearer of the mask to see. Wood, with brown semi-glossy patina. Himalayan Region, early 20th century, maybe earlier. Length: 13 3/4" (35 cm). A beautiful cameo glass vase made by Thomas Webb & Sons of Stourbridge, England. The vase is 4 1/2 inches (11 cm) tall and 3 1/4 inches (8 cm) wide at its widest. The glass is in excellent condition. It is signed in cameo on its polished pontil.

A Fine Sugar Basket or Bonbon Dish by Davis & Galt, Silversmiths of Philadelphia (1888-1896) and made for Black, Starr & Frost. A Boat-shaped Form, with a Swing Handle and a Foliate Repousee Design. The Davis and Galt mark (fleur-de-lis within a shield) and the Black Starr & Frost imprint. Dimensions; 6" x 4.25" x 6.5" to handle; weight; 5.5 Troy ounces. Very fine condition.

Unique and very rare. This all-original solid gold watch was made especially for HOWARD & Co. 5th Ave., New York in 1879. This American Silversmith and Jeweler specialized in fine Silversmithing. This firm was established in 1866 by Edward T. and Joseph KP. Howard. Branches were opened in Newport and London. The last heard of from this Jeweler was 1922.

The case is all original to this movement and is in mint condition...

This beautiful processional Satsuma Jar or koro is a treasure from he Meiji era. It is signed by both Sozan and Kinkozan. This stoutly made jar is 4 1/2 inches tall and 5 inches wide. The mixed metal lid is a replacement from the Meiji era, that fits perfect and is possibly more attractive than the original. We also have the original lid. It was broken in half and glued back together. The replacement lid has a gold wash in between the raised flowers. The piece has virtually no wear to the gold...

Very nice and rare turquoise birds, Kangxi period. This more unusual model of pigeons are very nicely shaped. The turquoise glaze has a very fin cracked pattern. Condition: Very good condition...
