A large-size Native American pottery olla from Acoma pueblo, Zuni tribe, New Mexico. The pot is hand-coiled and shard fired and painted in red and black on white with encircling bands of stylized figures of deer and roadrunners. Circa 1910-1915. Size: 19.5 inches ht. x 16.5 inches in diameter. Very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Name of the original owner written in light pencil on the inside of the rim. Rare to find an olla of this large a size and in such wonderful condition...

An antique German silver mesh purse with pierced frame showing deers and roses. The frame marked with the crescent moon and crown, "800" and a maker's mark. Condition: a tiny hole in the mesh, two links of the chain a bit distorted. Dimension: frame: c. 19 cm wide, purse: c. 18 cm high, weight: 360 g.
Chinese rose medallion porcelain vase with with 2 dragons. Colors are rich and vibrant. Dating Early Republic it is in excellent condition with just a little expected wear to the gold and measures a little over 6.5 inches high by 3.5" diameter.
Chinese white glazed Blanc de Chin Double Gourd Vase with incised 4 Ruyi with 3 flower petals inside each Ruyi design, 19th century, 5 1/2" high, 2 1/8" diameter-bottom rim, 1/2" diameter-top rim, 4" wide-widest middle section of the vase, unglazed bottom and sand got stuck around bottom rim during firing and also large sand firing mark on the side of the vase about 1/2" long, all the dots and dark area is kiln imperfect markings. Top has some tiny frits.

Late Meiji (1890s to 1912) Japanese chaire (tea caddy for storing powdered green tea used in tea ceremony) in a shape of a storage jar with 4 mock lug handles. Buff colored stoneware body with free bulbous body bearing the marks of potter’s fingers as he was turning the piece on a wheel. Beautiful glaze turning from brown to off-white towards the bottom of the piece. Comes with very well made shifuku (silk brocade storage bag). Old bone lid lined with gold leaf paper on the inside...
Satsuma tea bowl, decorated with richness of detail, depicting the evocative Nikkō Shrine and numerous visiting pilgrims.
The external reserves are decorated with figures and characters, each of which is represented with great care and precision.
Signed Kyoto Satsuma with Shimazu clan mon under the base.
