Directly below the deity is the face of Kirtimukha, a common image in Southeast Asian temples. The box is secured within a pouch woven of cotton and silk, with a long strap and small stone clasps. 19th century.

The body is decorated by imagery of a seaside village with various people going about their daily lives; The neck with auspicious scholar's objects on a background of medallions, various flowers in bloom, and lotus petals towards the opening of the mouth. Daoguang mark on foot.

An Edwardian carved mother of pearl silver plated bread fork from the 1900-1910 era. This ornate and out of the ordinary example of Victorian and Edwardian table serving pieces measures 8-5/8" long and it has the shape and three tines found on bread serving forks of this period (however it can be used for whatever purpose you wish). It has fancy high relief finials with acanthus leaves and flowers, a stepped finial and fancy modelling of the silver plate links...

19th C sterling silver and ebony swagger stick. Presentation engraving on handle was done sometime after 1920. Marked sterling on all silver pieces, it is in excellent condition and measures 17.5" long.

A fine genuine ANTIQUE THAI BENJARONG BOWL, late 18/19th Century, specially made to order in China (Famille Noire) by the Thai Royalty/Court and Nobility, depicting Polychrome Siamese Norasingh and Thepanom Angel Figures on a Black background. The inside of the bowl is Emerald Green with a Center Medallion. Benjarong/Bencharong means 5-colours in Thai language. Good condition, no hairline or restorations! This porcelain tea cup and biscuit tray was produced in France by Haviland Limoges in the 1890s. The tray measures 8 inches long, 7 inches wide and the cup is 2 1/4 inches high. The set is made of fine, translucent porcelain. It has molded, high relief detail. The set is decorated with a factory transfer design of pastel colored florals. These wispy flowers float across the porcelain surface and down inside the cup...

This porcelain cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Furstenburg between 1753 and 1770. The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/4 inches and the cup is 3 inches high at the handle. The cup has the traditional Biedermeier style handle that raises above the rim of the cup. There are hand painted bands of grape vines and grapes done in earth tones. There are gold accents and trim on the rims and handle. Condition: There is some light wear to gilding in the well of the saucer where the cup sits...

This traditional antique Chinese childs top was made using a fine, deep royal blue damask silk with black silk trim. From a wealthy family, this top was padded for winter use, has all the original frog and monkey fist knot closures, and a hand embroidered rondel with lots of couching and seed stitches (aka forbidden stitch)
