An 18th c French yellow silk underdress front, beautifully and heavily embroidered with metallic threads. The overall size is 27 1/2" by 19". The condition is good, with some scattered wear and pulls. It could highly benefit from a careful pressing.

An early Worcester patty pan with everted rim, carefully painted in blue with the "Bare Tree and Speared Bird" pattern. The pattern features an oriental landscape with a turreted single story building between a figure and a tree, within a diaper pattern pendent husk and scroll border. Workman's mark on the exterior base.

The condition of this piece is excellent, with crisp deep colors and no cracks, chips, or other flaws. The diameter is 4 3/16" (10.5 cm).

An English creamware plate with a molded edge that was exported Holland and decorated there with over glaze enamels. The plate almost certainly depicts the son of William V, Prince of Orange. The sone would become William I of the Netherlands. Born in 1772, he would be the, “Jong Prins” as inscribed in black on the plate. Interestingly the face has been left unfinished. The boy faces an orange tree with fruit on it and a couple of them on the ground...

Silver damask iron box, gold details. Japanese work of the Edo period bearing the coat of arms of the Saka-I clan. Fine Japanese 18th Century Moulded Arita Blue & White Porcelain Bowl

This attractive moulded porcelain bowl with an iron-brown edged foliate rim was made during the 18th century. The underglaze blue decoration of very good colour features three human figures in a garden. Around the outer wall is an elaborate scrolling design.

A mukuzuke or serving dish of raised barbed lotus form with a moulded ribbed cavetto decorated in underglaze blue with gilt outlined enamels dating to circa 1740-70. The unusual form of the dish follows Chinese “Ko Sometsuke” precedents of the first half of the 17th century; see “The Peony Pavillion” lot 220 for a Chinese example of the Chongzhen period, where this particular form is considered to have been especially made for the kaiseki meal accompanying the Tea ceremony. A Very Rare/Fine Korean Silver Inlaid with Orchids Iron Box-18th C.: Korea, Joeson dynasty, 18th century. This is a small silver inlaid box, but is a very rare and unusual decoration with Orchids and other floral motifs on the sides, with 4 yellow brass supporters on the bottom. It’s in fine condition but lost some silver inlays, otherwise good condition, it measures 8.2cm x 5.3cm x4.7cm high.

18th Century Japanese Wood Carving of a Mythological Guardian Shishi and Peony. This carving is reminiscent of a carving at Nikko Shrine. George II sterling silver salver. Made by Richard Rugg in London in 1755. Round with cast serpentine shell-and-leaf rim and 3 leaf-capped volute scroll supports. Well center has lozenge with engraved interlaced script monogram in leafing and flowering scroll support. Fully marked. Very good condition.

An uncommon and fine Chaffers saucer and teabowl in the "Two Men on an Island" pattern. A workman's mark of three dots is on the reverse on the saucer.

This finely potted blue and while porcelain is in superb condition, with no chips, cracks, staining, or restoration. Any apparent paint losses in the photos are due to reflections. The saucer is 4 7/8" in diameter and the cup has a 2 3/4" diameter at the rim and is 1 1/2" tall.

Choice large faiance Tankard /Stein with German pewtermarks of a castle /towers and unreadable date, later 18th. century.

Fine tin glazed hand painted finish over a white glaze and it's painted with a leaping stag in a landscape with trees. It's pewter mounted hinged top has a reeded ball thumb-piece. And the base with a fine pewter mount as well. The pewter contemporay and original to bthe Stein.

Rare, antique, 18th century, Indo Persian shield (Dhal - Separ) - a white rhinoceros hide shield with six gold gilt bosses, Islamic Mughal North India.

The shield is of circular convex form with inverted rim, made of semi-translucent, very thick, treated white rhinoceros hide, adorned in the center with embossed central medallion, and mounted with six handmade copper bosses, heavily overlaid with gold, seated on the crimson fabric base...

A lovely smaller but massive heavy bronze figure of a seated deity, probably Sri Devi / Lakshmi, holding implements and tall headdress and a breast band around her sizable attributes, South Indian, perhaps Tamil Nadu, c. 17th.-18th. century or earlier.

Size: 86 mm. tall and weighing a hefty 342 grams.

Condition: Choice Very fine, lovely oold patina, with a fine chestnut brown colour from high copper content.
