The exterior of the deep rounded sides carved with a band of petals rising from the foot to the flat everted rim, and the interior decorated in the center with two molded fish, covered overall with a glaze of guan type sea-green tone except for the foot rim burnt reddish-brown in the firing 19.5 cm diam. Several frittings on the foot rim, No Cracks, or hairlines and free from restoration.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Royal Doulton in the 1890s. The saucer has a diameter of 3 ¾ inches and the cup is 1 ½ inches high. The set is made of fine bone china. There are pink borders with light blue enamel panels. All of the segments are decorated with ornate raised gilding. The well of the saucer, interior of the cup and handle are gilded. This demitasse cup and saucer is incredibly delicate and delightful...

Very refined zushi with the sculpture of the bodhisattva Jizo. He stands on a lotus throne on rocks, holding a jewel in his left hand, his right hand missing. Behind his head a halo with very fine decoration in relief of clouds and jewels. Light wood with polychrome and gorgeous gold decoration, especially on the garment. Japan, Edo period, 19th century.

An extremely rare 22K. solid Gold STANDING MINIATURE GARUDA figure with very fine details. This Garuda was found during excavations of the foundations of an ancient Khmer temple. Excellent condition. Size: 2.3 cm. Weight: 10 gr. This Garuda has folded hands in adoration form and the wings are short and not spread out as it is not in flight. The tail feathers are very long. A unique collector's item!

Inscription: "sHD Wsir Ipt-Hm(t)=s ms (n) Hwt-Hr-m-Axt mAa-xrw"

"Illuminating of Osiris, Ipethemetes, born of Hathoremakhet, justified".

Ipethemetes means 'Ipet is her majesty' or mistress or or 'The Ipet of her Majesty'

The hippopotamus goddess Ipet was worshipped as mother of Osiris at Thebes...

A rare Qingbai ( Yingqing ) glazed Jar with a very nice glaze and with its original lid. Jingdezhen ware, Yuan Dynasty ( 1279 - 1368 ) H : 7 cm. Diameter 7 cm. Condition : The jar in perfect condition. The lid with a repair. ( The golden color which covers the repair is easy to remove )

Rather unusual late Taisho - early Showa (1920s) Japanese boxwood scoop for loose tea, its handle carved as the head of angry Daruma, Patriarch of Zen Buddhism. Beautifully carved, nice patina, signed on the front with 3 characters that appear to read CHUKOBI. It is very unusual to see signed tea scoop. Length 3 inches.

A pair of massive museum quality matching pottery figures of two male house attendants, middle Ming Dynasty, 15th.-16th. century.

The figures are matching in the Green and Yellow Sancai colors and they are plced on large plints. The figure to the left in this pair was Termo-Luminescence testet by Ralf Kotallas Laboratory and it was made during the Middle Ming period (15th.-16th. cent.).

They are both carrying scarfs. Figure to the left also an umbrella on his back...

Chinese late Qing to early Republic period rosewood multi-tiered display stand carved with bamboo-form supports holding seven shelves for displaying objects. Carved bamboo leaf details are in the bottom corners. Early 20th century. 30" high x 19 3/4" wide x 10" deep. Very good overall condition. There are some separations from our dry climate and a few minor scratches, but the stand seems quite stable. From the Scottsdale estate of a former antique dealer.

Antique Japanese hanging scroll of a monkey dancing the sambaso dance. It bears two seals, reading 'Genno,' Two seals, one for whom painted the monkey, the other who wrote the calligraphy.
