This is a cotton textile of the Edo era. This was introduced by Muneyosi Yanagi in the world in the 1900s. And it became very famous after it. It is woven by cotton and silk dyed with natural plant dye beautifully.
You can enjoy cotton of Japan by touching it and the delicate change of the thread will be comfortable to your eyes.

Japanese Imari Porcelain Hibachi, 9" high, 10 1/4" diameter-outside maximum measurement, later part of 1800's, with repeated vertical indented grooves on entire body with four(4) separate cartouche filled with floral decoration, underglaze blue and overglaze dark orange or reddish color decoration, highlighted in gold. The condition is good, no damage or restoration.

Condition: chips and glaze-chips at two locations of the rim as shown on photos; two 1 mm and one 2 mm glaze flakes on other location of the rim. No other flaws other than these.
