A Viennese cold painted bronze figural, mid to late 19th century. Depicts a young girl seated in a chair and playing with a small cat that is on the girl's lap. The girl is laughing at the cat as she plays with a fringed stick that the cat is grabbing. Another cat is located underneath the girl's chair - probably wishing it could be playing as well. This charming bronze is believed to date to the Victorian era, circa 1860's to 1890's. Excellent condition...

Striking yellow & red color combination & modern design with great graphics. All original playing field of green linoleum, aluminum hand painted players, unique foot & head ball contact action. Marked "Labrut Freres France" on the back, these two unique plates have adorable graphics of children & animals. On one there is a young boy with a dog & a goat tumbling on top of him. On the other is a boy (with only one shoe & sock) walking with a girl & a dog. The plates have a pattern around the rims & are encircled with faded gold. They both have crazing throughout & are browned from age, but have no chips or cracks...

Vintage covered terrine from France in a beautiful provencal soft yellow color. In wonderful shape with only a small chip on the underside of the handle, does not detract at all from the charm of this piece. Crazing & wear throughout from age & use. This Heavy Continental Silver Repousse Wine Ewer or Claret Jug Bears a German Mark, Probably from the Mid-19th Century (1850-1870). The Ewer is Heavily Decorated with Repousse Vines, Grapes and Leaves, and Sits on a 5 inch Square Platform Base, also with the Grape and Leaf Decoration. It has an Applied Twig Handle that Joins with the Ewer with a Cluster of Grapes...

This beautiful footed plate or "compotier" has an incredible design of a bird with flowers, a butterfly and a bee on the top side and another bird with a dragonfly & cherries on the underside. The blue color is quite vibrant, especially on the underside design. There is a very small chip along the rim & a larger chip on the bottom of the foot. Measures approximately 8-3/4 inches across & stands 3-1/2 inches high. Stamped on the bottom with an anchor & R, I cannot make out the rest of the mark...

A Three Piece George V Silver Tea Set with a heavily chased design. The teapot is 5.5" high x 9.5" wide and weighs 11.1 Troy ounces; the sugar is 3.5" high x 5.5" wide and weighs 5.5 Troy ounces; the creamer is 3.25" wide x 4.75" wide and weighs 2.8 Troy ounces. Both the sugar and creamer have a gold washed interior. The hallmark is embedded in the design and is difficult to see, but it is marked Y & W (possibly Yapp and Woodward)and assayed in London in 1934.

Late Meiji to early Showa (1895-1930) period Satsuma covered bowl. Measures 8 3/4" diameter and is 5 1/4" high with the cover on. Decorated in a moriage pattern with young boys (Karako) playing at various pastimes, highly detailed painting interspersed with raised white moriage dots. The interior of the bottom and the lid are both decorated with an elaborate scene of birds flying amongst a profusion of flowers. Excellent condition with no cracks or chips or restorations.
