Cenedese Aquarium Paperweight, circa 1950’s, Single Goldfish, orange body with latimo zanfirico cane fins, latimo eyes with black glass pupils. Green and latimo pond weed. There are three flattened “thumbprints’ spaced equally around the circumference; these appear to be from the manufacturing process. Archimedes Seguso bottle with stopper in Merletto glass. The glass is internally decorated with fine lace like pattern of lattimo threads, the whole is cased in clear glass. Flame shaped stopper is clear glass with gold foil inclusions. Both the stopper and bottle neck are ground. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. The bottle has the remnant of a red and silver foil label with scalloped edges, which was used by Seguso in the 1950's...

Large Murano Elephant performing on a Ball, attributed to Nason. Executed in clear glass. The elephant has a wonderfully expressive face as he stands on his hind legs with his trunk out-stretched. The ball has two rows of bubble inclusions (13 bubbles in all). The figure stands 17 inches (43 cm) Tall and is 4 1/4 inches (11 cm)across and 8 inches (20 cm) deep. Four millefiore Decanters in graduated sizes of (with stoppers) 12 1/2 inches (32 cm), 11 inches (28 cm), 9 1/2 inches (24 cm) and 8 inches (20 cm). Attenuated necks with flared tops, matched millefiore stoppers. 3 bottles have Koscherak Brothers (KB) import labels and 3 have red/gold "Made in Murano Italy" labels, the labels can be seen in the photographs. Heavy, large, Cenedese glass aquarium, design attributed to Riccardo Licata, three dimensional underwater scene created from two colorless glass panels with polycrome fish and grasses. Individual fish are approximately 5 inches (12.7 cm)in length. Dimensions are 8 inches (20 cm) High, 11.5 inches (29.2 cm) Wide and 2 inches (5.1 cm) Thick. No chips, cracks or repairs. Weight is 17 pounds. Circa 1950.

This proud fellow stands 14 1/4 inches (36 cm) tall and is 8 inches (20 cm) from wing tip to wing tip, and 7 inches (18 cm) deep to the tip of his tail. He is made of clear glass with a few white and silver inclusions, with lattimo belly stripes, and reddish-brown back stripes, his eyes, beak and feet are of black glass. No chips, cracks or repairs. Lovely opalescent and irridized figure of a man in a turban. The piece is very reminiscent of french opalescent glass by Lalique or Sabino. The movement of the man's arms in figure is palpable, and expresses much feeling. The glass artist who rendered this piece had a great passion for the glass. Fazzoletto (Handkerchief) vase composed of various alternating Zanfirico filigrana in bright colors of orange, green, yellow, burgundy, pink and white, alone and in combinations, all cased in clear glass. Rookwood Vase mold number 715 D; dated 1895. Painted by Mary Louella Perkins (MLP), who was with Rookwood only 13 years from 1886 to 1898. Mold number 715 designed by William Watts Taylor in 1894 was also available as an Ewer. Several old labels and esoteric marks on the base - one label for Davis Collamore and Co., of NY, around 1884 Davis Collamore was appointed National Sales Agent for Rookwood and remained so until around 1920...
