Orrefors Ariel vase designed by Ingeborg Lundin, rows of squares formed by silvery air traps on a black background, encased in a thick layer of crystal glass. The vase is marked ORREFORS/Ariel No 328 H/Ingeborg Lundin; and dates from 1960. The vase stands 4.5 inches (11.4 cm) Tall and is 5.5 inches (13.9 cm) in diameter. English George III rectangular tea caddy in satinwood veneer. Circa 1790. The front and lid are adorned with oval fan paterae inlaid with harewood and the edges have ebonized stringing. Lovely opalescent and irridized figure of a man in a turban. The piece is very reminiscent of french opalescent glass by Lalique or Sabino. A Royal Dux Woman on Waterfall 440 porcelain figure from the 1912 era with superb detail. This beautifully modeled 15-3/4" Bohemian porcelain figurine depicts a nude woman perched on rocks over a waterfall. This figure has a matte grey glaze with gold highlights. It is replete with much bocage including branches; her face is attractive and finely painted. It has the orange Royal Dux applied triangle mark with an impressed 440 pattern number along with a painted 35 and it dates to the 1910 era. ...
