A Georgian 12-1/8" sterling silver stuffing or dressing spoon circa 1809. This fine antique serving item is fully hallmarked for London, England 1809-10 and it is in the Fiddle pattern. Made by William Eley, William Fearn & William Chawner (registered 1808), one of the most notable families of English spoon makers. Examples with a largish bowl like this are great serving spoons for many occasions...

Pair of English George I table spoons in the Hanoverian pattern with rat tail bowls, London, 1716 - 1717, Britannia standard (95.84% pure silver), with indistinct maker's marks. Length: 8 inches. These early Georgian tablespoons have a pronounced midrib to the front of the handles and are engraved with owner's block shaded initials R*C over earlier erased initials...

This wonderful scenic oil on artist board was purchased at a large market in the heart of Paris. There is a signature in the lower left corner, A. Gergeard 1933 and a sticker on the back with the address of the shop where the artist board was sold. The painting is in great condition with only the edges and corners showing a bit of wear. A scarce set of five Irish sterling silver forks, by silversmith Peter Weeks, and each bearing hallmarks for Dublin in 1842-1843. Fashioned in the fiddle pattern, and each with a matching, engraved on the handle with a family crest of an arm dexter, bent and holding a dagger. Very good condition with some wear to the tines. Clear, legible hall marks. Length: 7.75 inches. Weight: 12.1 troy ounces.

Double ended Victorian scent bottle of faceted ruby colored glass with gold filled, foliate engraved metal end caps. The bottle is divided at the midpoint to form two separate scent vials. One end has a cap that opens with a button and hinge, while the other has a screw cap of similar appearance. Engraved initial 'B' on caps. Circa 1880s. Unmarked, but probably English. No internal stopper. Condition is excellent with no chips or cracks or dents (one cap fitting is slightly loose)...

Chinese Chinoiserie lacquer box with scenes of temple houses and figures in landscape circa 1860. A beautifully all hand painted scene on a red lacquer background the box is made of wood and the clasp of brass. A fine example in very good antique condition.

Arts and Crafts movement Roycroft hand hammered copper tray with wrought handles. Size: 15 1/2 inches diameter x 17 3/4 inches across the handles. Stamped with Roycroft logo on underside for c.1906-1910 period. Inspired by the socialist writings and designs of John Ruskin and William Morris in England, Elbert Hubbard founded, in 1894, the Roycroft artisan community in East Aurora, New York, as part of the American Arts and Crafts Movement...

A Gorham sterling silver tea pot dated 1899. This 5-7/8" tall tableware serving piece is stamped with the Gorham lion/anchor/G STERLING mark with 1 1/4 PINT and it has the number 1 and the Gorham year cipher for 1899. It weighs 436 grams and it is in very good condition with no bends, corrosion or damage other than a couple of dents in the lid. It has a fancy engraved RLA (or RSA) monogram and a bit of cracking to the handle thermal spacers...

World War I trench art brass artillery shell casing, embossed with figures of two Art Nouveau ladies in negligees. Circa 1914-1920. Size 27 inches length x 3 1/3 inches diameter. This shell was never fired and retains its original projectile point; it was originally re-fashioned as a lamp. It is meticulously embossed all over with flowers and adorned with the figures of two Art Nouveau style young women, scantily clad in negligees...

Song Dynasty two fish celadon plate with lotus leaf pattern to the underside. In good condition overall. Note, one fish embossment appears slightly voided during the making process of plate. Fabulous pair of vintage Los Castillo weighted copper angel candleholders in a classic Salvador Teran design from the 1950s, I believe. These can be found in brass and silver plate with or without inlaid wings but I love the fantastic patina that the copper has developed over the years in this pair. Though a set, one of the pieces is slightly bigger than the other - they are after all handwrought works and bound to exhibit small dissimilarities...

Rare dancing Harlequin candle snuffer cast in sterling silver, London, 1894-95, maker's mark 'M.F.' The harlequin figure is holding a pair of snake form rings above his head. Harlequin sugar tongs or nips are uncommon, however, the harlequin candle snuffers are extremely scarce. They are distinguished from the sugar nips by the fact that the leaf grips are flat and set slightly at an angle to properly extinguish the flame of a candle...
