This bronze depicts King Louis XIV in his royal robes and other regalia, standing next to a table containing a small coffer, to which he points, with a key in his hand. The backing over the table contains other French and royal insignia, including a shield and crown. The sculpture is cast in three sections, with some welding evident on the back. It measures 16" high x 17" wide, and is 6 1/2" deep. The casting is fine and well detailed, and there are no losses or cracks to the bronze...

A stunning fire patinated bronze vase. The mottled verdigris background in contrast with copper red patinated areas of resist in leaf patterns complete with veining to the leaves and texture to the sustaining twigs. This seems to be of a good quality bronze alloy - emitting a bell resonance when lightly struck. Unmarked but consistent with German and Austrian work from the early 20th century. Signed Venini Fazzoletto in a FABULOUS 1950's color combination! Turquoise and Pink latticino stripes, with pulled points. Vase measures 4 1/2 inches (12 cm) tall and is 5 1/8 inches (13 cm) in diameter. No chips, cracks or repairs. Double signed; once with the three line stamp venini/murano/italia and once with the gold Venini label.

The piece is an Orrefors Ariel from 1957, it is a low, square with rounded corners, bowl or dish. The piece stands 2 5/8 inches (6.67cm) tall and is 5 inches square (12.7 cm), and weighs 6 pounds. It is internally decorated with 99 reddish-brown rectangles centered by a single trapped air bubble in each. The bottom is a single round patch of reddish-brown. Gio Ponti "A Canne" vase for Venini. Designed by Gio Ponti in 1946/1947 in his first period at Venini. Flared beaker form of multicolored vertical glass canes with wavy rim. 3 line etch "venini murano ITALIA" to base. This spectacular vase stands 6 3/4 inches (17 cm) tall and is 5 1/2 inches (14 cm) in diameter at the rim. No chips, cracks or repairs. Circa 1948.

This two piece millefiore Fairylamp is beautiful when lit! The millefiore have transparent blue centers, surrounded by concentric circles of red, lattimo and gold on a lattimo ground. cased in clear glass. Dome is notched, and bowl has matching scalloped edge. Assembled lamp stands 5 inches (12.7 cm) tall, bowl is 5 5/8 inches (13 cm) in diameter. Unmarked, but have seen others with KB import label. No chips, cracks or repairs. Circa 1970's.

Has KB Import label and Blue on silver foil AF MURANO Cockerel label. Condition is excellent with no bruises, cracks or scratches. Circa 1950 - 1960.

Footed Toothpick holder in a checkered murrine pattern of a red and yellow centered flower on lattimo alternating with transparent rose-colored trefoils on a cobalt ground. Holder stands 3 inches (7.6 cm) tall and is 2 1/4 inches (5.7 cm) in diameter. Examples of this pattern can be found in the book on Fratelli Toso by Leslie Pena on pages 86 and 87. Striking Venini Vase in awesome shades of cobalt, aquamarine, and deep red. Done in the con macchie and a puntii techniques, this vase has an irregular surface, as the blue and aquamarine are worked more into the surface and the red is definitely left a puntii (dots on the surface), the colors are laid on a clear glass. The vase is asymmetrical with two opposing pulled points. There is a bubble in the rim that is visible in enlargement 4, not a flaw but mentioned for accuracy...

Presented here is a Murano Gaucho Musician figure from the 1950's in green SFUMATO and crystal glass, with heavy gold foil inclusions. The GUITARIST is perfect with no chips, cracks or repairs. I have reduced the priced on the figure. The figure is unsigned but has been attributed to Barovier & Toso. The figure stands 11.25 inches (28.5 cm) Tall. Circa 1950.

This excellent figure of a Blackamoor is made from black (dark amethyst) and lattimo glass with gold foil and gold powder, red glass accents his turban. The figure stands 10 1/2 inches (27 cm) tall and is 5 1/4 inches (13 cm) wide/deep. The figure shows great detail from the folds in the turban, to his gold accented, black buttoned shirt and his open waist coat. No chips,cracks or repairs. Blown green glass vase with extreme pencil neck and bulbous base with a clear foot, all in the satinato finish characteristic of Carlo Moretti. The vase is marked with the Rosenthal-Netter label, for whom Moretti made these particular vases, attached to the base of the vase. Vase measures 17 7/8 inches (46 cm) tall. Tall, organic form sculpture by Luciano Gaspari for Salviati & Co.. The sculpture is formed of three joined irregular disks, with richly varied surface textures and folds. A large clear yellow disk is supported by two light smoke-gray disks (one disk has a slight bluish tinge that the other does not), the whole rising out of a dark smoke-gray block. The glass, being hand worked contains some bubbles, but are not considered flaws and add to the organic nature of the sculpture...
