This gorgeous necklace is signed Hector Aguilar on the V chain and on the amethyst drop. You can see both pieces in the book Silver Masters of Mexico by Penny C. Morrill. The drop is 2 1/8th inches long and 1 3/8th inches wide. The V is built on a curve and shows great dimension. The length is 17inches. Their is a combined weight of 135 grams of incredible presence. Signed by Matilde Poulat and with one of her earliest Matl hallmarks, this necklace is one of the prettiest I have seen. The center drop is 6 in. across and 2.5in. tall with the dangles. The palomas are neatly tucked between larger stations inside the drop. You can hook into different lengths and it is 20in. long. Whimsical and charming this very rare sterling silver belt buckle was designed and signed circa 1940's by surrealist designer Hubert Harmon during his brief 4 to 5 year period in Taxco, Mexico. Magnificent long silver and turquoise screwback earrings by Matilde Poulat. These are hallmarked with her very earliest mark, dating them 1934-40. The scrolling silver work is stunning and delicate and the center drop dangles freely. These measure 2 1/8" long and weigh 19 grams total.
