This is a terrific sterling and amethyst pin by Taxco designer Enrique Ledesma. Fusing silver with stone is what he is best known for and this pin is a stellar example of this specialty. A huge and stunning sterling and turquoise dome ring by Carmelo Patania who founded The Thunderbird Shop in Santa Fe with Frank Patania Sr. in 1937 and then opened The Kachina Shop in 1957. Each turquoise is bezel set with silver beadwork in between. The ring measures 1 1/2" by 1 1/2" so a VERY big look. It is a size 7 1/2 and weighs 19 grams. Great looking sterling square link bracelet designed by Pekka Piekainen for the Finnish manufacturer Auran Kultaseppa. The links all move and are hinged with smaller links inside. It has a simple hook closure which is invisible and makes the bracelet look continuous when on the wrist. Measuring 6 3/4" around in the inside, it is 7/8" wide and weighs 68 grams. A smashing sterling wrap bracelet with a gold wash and wire wrapped green quartz by Modernist Arthur King. King had a shop on Madison Avenue in New York City in the 1960's. His pieces are scarce and his collectors are fierce at auctions. This remarkable piece is a tiny sculpture measuring 2" wide top to bottom at the stone and 1" wide in the back. It is 7 1/2" around in the inside and weighs 81 grams. Fine original condition and signed as shown. Brilliant!

An awesome handmade sterling cuff with a huge amber chunk by Arizona Modernist H. Fred Skaggs. This is a massive, bold cuff with a side opening which makes a great look. The central focus of the cuff is the applied setting housing the stone. Measuring 1 7/8" wide, it is 6 3/4" around in the inside and has a 1 3/8" opening. The boomerang shaped links look fabulous on the neck and so nice to have the earrings too. The necklace measures 15 1/2" long and the links are 1 1/8" wide. This is a magnificent sterling and polished moss agate bracelet by Danish designer Bent Knudsen who signs his work BENT K. They are the most beautiful moss agate stones that I have ever seen, with brilliant natural color. The last stone is an ingenious clasp. It unscrews and closes with a hook and bolt making the bracelet continuous when on the wrist. It measures 7" end to end and is 1" wide. Set in heavy gauge sterling, it weighs 103 grams.
