Created in Frank Patania's Thunderbird shop, this box is a beautiful example of handmade Zuni art. Measuring 4 1/4" X 3 1/4" X 3/4" the piece weighs 166 grams. Carved onyx, turquoise and mother of pearl are inlaid in a silver frame to form the dragonfly. The bold hinge design is often seen on Frank Patania boxes. They work smoothly. The early Aguilar hallmarks on this piece indicate it was designed and made between 1948-1955. Weighing 90 grams the bracelet measures 1" X 7" but will comfortably fit up to a 6 3/4" wrist. Circa mid-century, this quatrefoil necklace from Antonio Pineda is a stunning statement piece.

Executed in 970 silver, the clover shaped pendant features a center cross surrounded by four onyx arcs, and hangs on a velvet cord tipped with silver balls. A thick, solid, and heavy piece, exquisitely crafted and collector quality.

Cord measures 23 1/2" from the tip of each silver ball. Pendant is 2 7/16" wide, and almost 3/8" thick.
