A superb modernist design 970 silver belt buckle by Antonio Pineda. Sleek and sophisticated, there is a slight gold wash on the triangular shaped center piece and a line and dot of black enamel. It measures 2 1/8" by 1 1/8" at the widest part. The weight is 33 grams and it is signed for Antonio Pineda as shown. Very 1950's and very wonderful.

This is a terrific sterling and amethyst pin by Taxco designer Enrique Ledesma. Fusing silver with stone is what he is best known for and this pin is a stellar example of this specialty. This Dominguez displays turquoise stones that have all warmed with time which collectors long for. While having a wearable length of 17inches it is also quite wide at 1 1/15th inches. Work by Matilde Poulat from the Mexican Silver Renaissance is becoming more and more rare. This one is hallmarked Matl Mexico 925 m.reg 142093 and is without eagle. The size is medium to medium large for Matl treasures with a measurement of 4 in. across on the drop and 3.75 in. tall. The double chain is extremely desired in Matilde's work and adds a romantic touch to it's presence. Simply lovely, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Today we have an out of the ordinary Matl necklace featuring charms that dangle with movement. Crafted by hand when Matilde Poulat was working in her shop. This design has a 1.5in. tall presence with the charms included and a weight of 121 grams of heft. The turquoise has a warmed hue of teal and sky blues. It is a refreshing design and a rare design without birds or flowers. The condition shows only original work marks, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
