This is a terrific sterling and amethyst pin by Taxco designer Enrique Ledesma. Fusing silver with stone is what he is best known for and this pin is a stellar example of this specialty. It measures 2 1/4" by 1 1/8" and is in fine original condition. The stone is free of chips or cracks. Signed as shown. A very special piece.

The second Erika Hult de Corral bracelet currently in my inventory (please look for item no 1189406 as well), this piece is absolutely fabulous. Quite substantial yet still comfortable to wear, its mod sterling links are studded with green, mossy agates. The bracelet feels divine around the wrist and as rare as Ric bracelets are, the specific design is even more difficult to come upon. This Ledesma parure is set with natural, green, sparkly Chrysoprase. All three pieces are hallmarked as shown and the earrings are clip backs. The clips are tight and in excellent condition. I think this set was hardly ever worn as it is in such stellar condition. The size if the necklace is 15.5 in. long and the bracelet is a long 7.5in. The necklace fits an average size but If someone needed more length you can add links from the bracelet. I will do that for you at no extra charge if needed...

A fabulous and unusual 2 1/4" wide sterling cuff with pearls and onyx by Los Ballesteros. The scalloped edges really dress up this piece. It measures 6" around in the inside and has a 1 1/4" opening. It is not adjustable and weighs 66 grams.This is an early piece, c. 1945. Fine original condition and hallmarked for Los Ballesteros as shown. This is a beautiful cuff.

Signed with Poulat's earliest hallmarks this bracelet dates to 1930-40's. The gently curved center panel measures 2 1/2" across & 2" high. Each of the 8 side panels are 1 1/2" high. The bracelet length is 7". Weight- 80 grams. Beautifully detailed, the 3 turquoise cabs in the center are flanked by a pair of palomas with turquoise eyes. Excellent condition & patina. Matl designs are highly prized & included in many museum collections including LACMA.

A striking and fascinating Art Moderne 970 silver pin by Antonio Pineda. The shapes and placement of the stones are intriguing. The black stripe of onyx is inlaid but the half sphere of onyx and the rectangular agate are set above the surface adding dimension. The pin measures 2 5/8" by 3/4", weighs 19 grams, and is in fine original condition. Signed for Antonio Pineda as shown. A very special Antonio piece.

Big, beautifully crafted and early as is indicated by the low design number this Deco Los Castillo silver brooch is wrought en repoussage in what seems to have been a favored motif among Mexican silversmiths and designers at the time. Fern leaves inspired rings, clamper bracelets, brooches and necklaces and of course, earrings. The design comes in variations enough to ensure that everybody will find a piece that appeals to them. Another Margot van Voorhies Carr masterpiece properly hallmarked Margot de Taxco and without eagle sixteen as her very earliest work had no eagle and sometimes eagle 1. This is a very early design #5161. This example is one of the finest I have found. It is extra large weighing 90 grams heavy and is taller than most at 1.5in. tall. No damage or flaws just some flecks of patina which is warm and fabulous. Collector and museum quality.
