This ring is SOLD. "Lux et Veritas" = "Light and Truth". "Seal of Yale College". The perfect vintage gift for the Yalie Collector. This college ring is small, blue and white enamel, nouveau, and has a highly decorated figural shank. Maker's Mark of "Salman Sterling" of Boston, MA, whose 1906 advertising stated that they sold the most fobs. Only 117 women were enrolled at Yale in 1909. Very good condition, all enamel intact.

Vintage sterling silver hinged pill box designed and signed circa 1920-30's by Mexico artist Frederick Davis.(1880-1961). Box measures 2 1/8"L. X 3/4"W. X 3/4"H. The box is designed with a tiny notch on the upper right corner for opening. Hallmarked on the bottom with the Davis cojoined FD 925. Beautiful condition. Davis designs are featured in the permanent 20th Century Mexican Silver collection at LACMA - Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

Intricately inlaid mosaic sterling silver and chrysocolla yin yang hands necklace designed and signed by American/Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling. Dating from the 1950's the necklace measures 17 1/2 inches long. The crossed hands pendant measures 5 1/8" inches across and 3 inches from the bottom of the design to the top of the silver loop. Beautiful sterling and turquoise nugget cuff links by Frank Patania Sr. (1899-1964). Born in Italy, this silversmith came to the U.S. at an early age settling in the Southwest and achieved great recognition for his blending of European and Native American design. These are in fine original condition with no chips or cracks to the stones which are gorgeous. Swivel backs. They weigh 26 grams total and measure 1 1/8" by 3/4". A rare and extraordinary sterling and lapis Art Nouveau bracelet by Danish designer Evald Nielsen (1879-1958)who opened his workshop in 1907. The lapis stone appears to be bursting out of the flower bud. The detail and craftsmanship is exquisite. Measuring 8" end to end, it is 3/4" wide. Fine original condition and signed as shown. Beautiful in every way.

A rarely seen mid-century boomerang shaped sterling pin by Modernist Francisco Rebajes. The interesting design includes a ball that actually moves along the wire. SOLD, price info not available. c 1940 Billy Goat Figural Pin Brooch with primitive but effective wide "C" catch marked "Mexico Silver" and a long tailed bird maker's mark that looks like a pheasant. The eye and cheek area of the goat seems human like, as if someone had posed for the silversmith! Tests at least 90%, but could be higher. 2.5" X 1.75" and weighs .4 Oz or 13 grams. In quite nice unpolished preowned condition with the usual lines silver of this age gets...

The second Erika Hult de Corral bracelet currently in my inventory (please look for item no 1189406 as well), this piece is absolutely fabulous. Quite substantial yet still comfortable to wear, its mod sterling links are studded with green, mossy agates. The bracelet feels divine around the wrist and as rare as Ric bracelets are, the specific design is even more difficult to come upon. With an inner circumference of 6 5/8" (clasped), it is perfect for smaller to medium wrists...
