A Kitty's face only a Mama Cat could love! Naive engraved face Mod Silver Cat marked in back: "Coro Mex Silver". Hector Aguilar made jewelry for Coro from 1943 to 1950, less than 10 years after having worked at Spratling's Taller de las Delicias. Nice haft at .8 Oz or 23 Grams! 3" x 1.5". Heavy cast piece with normal lines that 50 year old silver gets. Except for the malachite stone at tail tip's end, it is in very nice condition.

Charming 940 silver Aztec design necklace by Hector Aguilar, c. 1940. Very intricate and ornamental, this piece measures 16 1/2" end to end and is 1" wide. It weighs 88 grams and looks superb on. It is in excellent original condition, has a secure push in clasp and is signed for Hector Aguilar as shown in the photo.
