A very rare and magnificent sterling and carved lapis pin by Mary Gage, American Arts & Crafts period c. 1930. The frame is a foliate motif encircling the oval carved lapis which is held in place by bead tipped silver wire prongs. This is a huge brooch measuring 3" by 2 1/4" and is solid and bold at 51 grams. A great coat or blazer pin that is sure to make a statement.It is in beautiful original condition and signed MARY GAGE STERLING. A very important piece from this artist.

Here we have a very pretty Charles Horner enameled pendant. It has Horner’s maker’s mark, as well as hallmarks for Chester, 1909-10. A massive sculptural silver and center bezel set oval amethyst bracelet by Taxco silversmith Fred Davis. Although the stone is the focal point, it is the shape of the links which the eye cannot resist. In excellent original condition, c. 1930, this bracelet measures 8" end to end and is 1 5/8" wide. An absolutely fabulous azur-malachite and silver pin by William Spratling. Surely one of his inspired Alaskan north star designs, this pin has a center stone of azur-malachite with 7 silver stars randomly fused into the stone. The stone is held in a frame of silver stars. This is a really special and beautiful sterling and rock crystal cuff bracelet by American Arts & Crafts period silversmith Mary Gage. It measures 5 1/2" around in the inside and has a 1" opening. It is 1 3/8" wide in the front and narrows to 1" in the back. It is in beautiful original condition with no chips or cracks to the crystals. Signed MARY GAGE STERLING. A very fine and rare piece.

Sold. Taxco Mexico Handsomely Crafted Hinged Neck Collar marked: "Mexico" "950" and "TM-77". It weighs 3.7 Ounce or 107 of 95% Silver and measures 16.75" from end to end on the inside. The tri-lobal part measures 1.75" across and 1/2" wide at the sturdy hinge. Some tiny lines that vintage silver gets, yet is easily buffed. A lot of necklace for the price.

Large scroll or ribbon pin by William Spratling c. 1945. It is pictured on page 45 of Morrill and Berk's book MEXICAN SILVER. It is crafted of sections of silver with copper and gold. A bold size, measuring 3" by 2 1/4", it is in fine original condition, weighs 37 grams, and is appropriately signed for William Spratling as shown in the photo. A glorious pin.

Beautiful silver and acid etched finish barrette from the Chicago Arts & Crafts period firm Carence Crafters, c. 1910. Little is known about this shop and their work is beautiful and hard to find. This wonderful hair clip is 2 1/2" by 1/2" and is in fine original condition. It is signed with the Carence Crafters interlocking C's hallmark as shown in the photo. An unusual and rare example from this workshop.

A fabulous hand hammered silver and acid etched pin from the notable Chicago Arts & Crafts workshop Carence Crafters. Pieces from this workshop are scarce and highly collectible.They represent some of the finest handmade work from the American Arts & Crafts period ,1890-1920. Awesome & exceptionally rare this hand wrought sterling silver & mosaic azurmalachite double entwined serpent necklace was designed & signed c. 1949-50's by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). This is a gorgeous custom made, handmade moonstone and genuine ruby pin set in sterling. It is c.1940 and measures 3 1/4" long including the dangling moonstone,and 2 1/2" diameter. All of the stones are individually prong set. The moonstones are clear, blue and beautiful. All stones are in fine condition and original. This is a fabulous coat or blazer pin and the moonstone lover should be absolutely DELIGHTED with this brooch.
