Description: A beautiful Imperial blue-ground porcelain bowl in large size was painted to the exterior with five-clawed dragon motif. In iron-red, the imperial motif of dragons were paired with Phoenix and decorated with patterns of tendrils flowers and weeds. A real imperial porcelain was in quite large size and very unique colour. This large embroidered money belt was used by Miao man for festival. The front face has delicate embroidery which is chain stitched over a black velvet background. The rear is padded and quilted home spun, indigo dyed cotton fabric. There are several areas between the different fabrics which are used as pockets for the storage of possessions.
