The monkey is a symbol of rank and promotion. Here we see a kneeling monkey holding its legs. It has a warm glossy patina, some parts of the foot are missing. H. 5 cm.

An extraordinary, wooden figure of a tiger with a very long tail, sitting on a rockwork. It has an almost humanized facial expression and the mouth corners are showing small canines. It is painted with green and different brown pigments. Dating to the Joseon dynasty. Condition: partially lost or agglomerated coloring, some pigment fissures, few small cracks, one fang is worn. A latticework Hoya of solid silver caps this fine porcelain koro incense burner, a joint work by Miura Chikusen and Hashimoto Kansentsu, enclosed in the original shiho-kiri-wood box signed by both artists. From the island of Malaita in the Solomon Islands, this alafolo, or war club, is in very fine condition, with a rich dark patina. A dark blue satin woman's garment, dating to the late Qing dynasty, with center opening fastened with a gilt metal ball button and two ribbons. The four lobed collar, terminating in ruyi heads, and all wide hems extravagantly embroidered with romance figures in Peking stitch and little gold thread couching. Trimmed with different woven borders, the straight sleeves with embroidered outer cuff bands. Later figured blue silk lining. Condition: very good, only partial little staining...

This rare teke turkomen pendant was originally worn as a necklace. This piece is studded with carnelians and decorated with gold wash aka "firegilded" detail. The pendant is 4 inches wide and 9.5 inches long.

A beautiful Suiseki mounted on rich red carved wood base enclosed in a custom made kiri-wood display box. There is a sublime balance between the ragged peaks and deep clefts in the stone, and excellent example of the Renzan (Range) type of stone. The stone is 37 x 10 x 12 cm (15 x 4 x 5 inches) and is in excellent condition. There is one very small nick in the wooden base (1/8th of an inch or 3 mm in size). Together the stone and box weight 3.5 kilograms (roughly 8 pounds)...

A thinly potted and fine quality celadon bowl decorated carved incised of a duck in the center and surrounded by leaf scrolls to cavetto, covered overall with slight yellowish green which typically of Yaozhou wares. Northern Song dynasty Yaozhou ware in excellent condition, even no any recorded about Yaozhou wares found in Indonesia, but it's second examples recovered from Borneo near the river area in Banjarmasin Indonesia. Diameter: 19cm.

The bowl is in nice form easy to hold for drinking tea.
It was well glaze with some loss in random and abstract way.
