This pair of enamelware cannisters have a very unusual octagon shape. From France circa 1920's, they are a wonderful robin's egg blue color with a white checker pattern around the tops. Not without faults, there are several minor dings & a previous owner painted on one of the lids (please see photos), but nothing at all to detract from the charm of this unique pair of cannisters.
