A signature piece, this heavy, vintage, hand wrought solid sterling silver bracelet was designed & signed c.1940's by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). Weighing 110 grams the bracelet measures 7/8" wide & 8" long. The clasp design makes it most comfortable for a wrist up to 7 1/4". Equally beautiful on a man or woman. Excellent condition & patina. Fully hallmarked on the clasp. Pictured on p. 43 of MEXICAN SILVER by Penny Morrill & Carole Berk.
