Today I have a big 1.5in. tall necklace to offer with an incredible presence. There are no dents to the balls and the silver work has no damage. The weight is 105 grams of quality workmanship. Being 19 inches long there is room enough to fit most. When collecting and I run across something this stellar I do not care who it is signed by or with no name...

One of Taxco's early maestros, Jose Luis Flores worked for Aguilar as well as for Emma and Miguel Melendez. Carefully crafted and meticulously finished, his jewelry is often based on creations by his more renowned colleagues yet he can be quite creative and original himself. In my opinion, he is at his best within the realm of modernist design and I believe that the bracelet presented here attests to that...

I believe lovers of Margot de Taxco's jewelry will easily recognize the links in this necklace as being from among the Grande Dame's more romantic repousse creations. Yet the way they have been combined in this necklace and set with older hand-painted blue glass stones (late Victorian or Edwardian, I believe) is quite unusual...

Stupendous Rivera sterling silver necklace in emulation of Matilde Poulat's bejeweled jewelry, this is an early piece, very well made and an excellent alternative for all of us who either can't find a Matl or shy away from the prices her creations command. Stunning to look at and unbelievably gorgeous and comfortable when you have it on the vintage Deco Mexican silver necklace presented here lies like a dream around the neck. I know this specific design can be found bearing a really big signature - I want to say that it's an Aguilar creation but I just can't remember. Here, of course, the big signature is missing yet the wow factor is well present. Substantial, with a distinctly hand-wrought character, it combines thick swirls and repousse s...
