Blue & White plate, decorated with scenery pagoda and peacock in the center, crane on the lotus pond at lip rim, outside with flower scroll, Late Ming period. A small fan painting by an anonymous painter of the Tosa School in ink, colors and gold on paper. Mounted on goldfleck paper. Depicting a battle scene of the "Tale of the Heike", an epic account of the struggle between the Taira and Minamoto clans for control of Japan at the end of the 12th century. This fan painting probably belongs to the same set of illustrations of the "Heike Monogatari" in the Museum of Asian Art in Berlin. Condition: slightly browned, some pigments rubbed...

A rare find of Ming dynasty early 16th century Sancai glaze of figurine boy on buffalo with green, yellow and aubergine glaze. Condition unfortunate with missing to one of the buffalo horn, otherwise is perfect. Ming Zhengde period, found excavated on South-Sulawesi area. Measure long: 13cm.

A large dish, heavily potted, curving gently up from a ring foot, covered in a beautiful celadon glaze producing the "iron wire, golden thread" crackles of the Geyao type glaze. The recessed base is unglazed with orange burnt. Ming Dynasty : 16th Century Diameter 27 cm. Condition : Good , one shallow chip on the mouthrim, no hairline, crack or restoration.

Description: A nephrite jade pendant was carved as a tiger’s head. By a grayish tint, the jade piece was revealed with blackish incursions along the stone tissues and accompanied with ice crackles. They were all resulted from long time of burial. In adequate size, the jade piece was an ideal accessory in the past and in nowadays as well. Rare Chinese Ming Dynasty Monochrome Blue Porcelain Box

This rare porcelain box was made during the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644) in the mid to late 16th century. The outer surface is coated in a dark blue glaze whilst the inner surface is coated in a white glaze. To the base are thick globules of crawled blue glaze.

A fine and rarely blue & white bowl, decorated inside with a Rabbit in a landscape, encircling the rim by key-fret border and finished with brown glaze. Four character "Xuan De Nien Zhe" on the base, but Ming dynasty 17th century. Similar pieces on "Later Ceramics in South-East Asia" by Barbara Harrisson and visible on the last enlargement. Condition is very fine and perfect. Diameter: 17 cm.

1. Blue & White cup, decorated with diaper pattern around the body and appears with very good cobalt blue. Late Ming dynasty. Condition: flake chip to outside rim, no crack and no other chips. A rare and hard to survive white glaze Kraak type flower shape bowl, fine and thinly potted near egg shell porcelain, decorated with moulded lotus flowers to inside and outside cavetto, encircled ruyi head pattern to everted rim side. Ming dynasty 17th century in perfect condition, no any chip, no crack and free from restoration. Found in South Sulawesi. Diameter: 14.6cm and High: 4.7cm

Kangxi (1662-1722) A Blue and white bowl decorated with a pattern of scrolling foliage whose flower and flower sprays on the center bowl. On the base, there is a Kangxi mark in double circle. Width = 14.5 cm Height = 7.3 cm

A nice one blue & white bowl, exterior decorated with seven emblems supported by continuous leaf scrolling design below key-fret border around the rim, the interior center with one emblem within double circle, all in good painted of cobalt blue tone and well balance potted. Ming dynasty late 15th-16th century Chenghua-Hongzhi period. Condition: re-touched minor chips to rim, further in good condition. Diameter: 15 cm.

A blue & white large dish, decorated to the center with a deer in landscape, found only on this Swatow family, the sides decorated with a diaper border in Jiajing style. Exterior with floral pattern, adhere to the foot rim with sand grit as known as typically of Zhangzhou ware products, Ming dynasty late 16th to early 17th century. Condition is two flake chip at rim (one visible on enlargement 4), no any crack and free from restoration. Diameter: 27.5cm.

A rare one motif found in middle Ming period, decorated in the center with vividly painted of a Qilin within single circle, diaper pattern border to rim and outside is plain. Excavated on South-Sulawesi area in the place called 'Malino', the mountain resort area about 60km distance from Makassar. Diameter: 10.5 and High: 2.4cm.

Fine Chinese Ming Dynasty Blue & White Porcelain Bowl - Bird

This very attractive porcelain bowl was made during the second half of the 16th century, c.1570 - 1590. The outer wall is very nicely decorated in underglaze blue, the pattern featuring a bird within a floral landscape. A flower blossom within two rings decorates the inside centre. To the base is a four-character mark (not translated).
