Today I am offering this signed Antonio Pineda archer cuff being 2.5in. tall and weighing 125 grams heavy. The cuff is most certainly a statement piece and certain to be gazed upon. The hunting scene is Lascaux inspired. The archers are cut out of the top layer of silver with niello being on the underneath layer of silver giving a shadow box effect. I am also listing the matching necklace to this bracelet. Please look at all the pictures as it is shown with the cuff.

Vintage assembled set of Antonio Pineda bracelets in a mod, minimalist design that features deeply carved semi-spheres out of each bangle's perimeter, with the empty areas oxidized to add drama to an otherwise simple form. I am very partial to sets of bangles and this pair wears comfortably with its discrete musicality reminding you of its presence. The bangles have an inner circumference of 8" and their width is 1/4"...

I am very partial to Margot's enamel work, especially her pieces with warm, earthy colors. The bracelet here is one of my favorite designs - round, concave links enameled in brown, taupe, black and white with silver polka dots showing through in an almost yin and yang motif. Perfect for every season but just ideal for fall and winter! In the next to last photo you can see it with the matching earrings that are also available in my inventory...

Bangle bracelets, be they hinged or solid, are a big love of mine but I am doubly thrilled to be presenting here a set of three signed by the Los Castillo! How often does one see this form with this signature, truly? Not often enough is the answer and the rarity enhances the innate quality of the pieces...

In the style closely associated with Enrique Ledesma yet signed by one of his contemporary Taxco maestros this stunning sterling silver necklace and earrings set epitomizes the slick modernism of Mexico’s mid-century. Designs in this genre capitalize on the stark contrast between highly polished, reflective silver and dark, heavily oxidized surfaces and the visual drama that it creates...

Margot Van Voorhies was definitively the finest female designer from the Mexican Silver Renaissance. This repousse clamper is carved exquisitely and undulates with the reverse repousse. The fish is 4 inches tall and has a weight of 115 grams. Turn the fish around and the silver tapers to 1.25in. in the back for comfort. Due to the age of these clampers many suffer from metal fatigue and have lost their "snap". We have given this clamper a new spring so it is ready for another 50 years...

This handmade pair of Tibetan boots was typically used by the Tibetan Minority groups for centuries. Each regional Tibetan group used its own distinct colored thread design pattern. Monks and officials also could be recognized by the thread design of their boots. These were a "commoners" boot and judging by their size, they were used by a young teenager. I suspect that they were only worn once or twice and they are in wonderful condition. Heel to toe they measure 9" and stand 12" high.

The primary designer for Rancho Alegre, Miguel Martinez is a maestro whose work I have come to value for its imaginative design, superb quality and extremely careful finishing. Monumental both in terms of its dimensions but also due to its weight, the cuff at hand is heavy, with thick overlay and oxidation that accentuates its architecturality. A true work of art that combines Taxco's early love for pre-Colombian motifs with Martinez's prowess in silver overlay...

One of Enrique Ledesma's signature designs, the necklace at hand is a must-have for the collector because of the rare color agate used to complete the trapezoid links. Most frequently found with black onyx, obsidian and green stones (chrysocolla or chrysoprase) this is an ode to "less-is-more" necklace and to come upon an example with this rich, reddish brown agate is a real treat. Perfectly cut - after all, Ledesma was one of Taxco's best lapidaries - the stone is cool and smooth to the touch, ...
