Wonderful vintage mannequin from France; circa 1950's or 60's. Marked "Siegel et Stockman, Paris" on the back; size 46. Linen covered body has some very minor staining and very slight denting on one shoulder & one breast. The top cap does not fit flush against the neck of the mannequin, this is perhaps not the original body for the stand, but it is how we purchased it in France. Nothing to detract from the charm of this vintage dressform. Overall a wonderful decorative (or usable!) piece...

A nicely carved natural amber pendant with one bat and leaf design. The bat represent longevity and happiness. The bat and happiness sound is in the Chinese language is similar - both pronounced Fu. Size: L. 2.4cm. Condition: No repairs, cracks or chips.

Elegant sterling torque with large central smokey quartz detachable pendant designed by Vivianna Torun Bulow-Hube for Georg Jensen Denmark in the 70's. It should fit up to a 16-17"neck and the pendant hangs 2 1/2" suspended from the neck ring. The stone measures 1 1/2" by 1 1/2" and is free of chips or cracks. Both pieces are in fine original condition and signed and numbered as shown. A true masterpiece.

This attractively-shaped round box was made during the 15th century and has been recovered from a shipwreck. It is quite "heavily-potted" and decorated with a pattern featuring lotus leaf panels filled with floral or wave patterns. The underglaze blue has fired to a very dark blue...

Chinese Yuan to Ming dynasty Longquan celadon dish with everted barbed rim, the center nicely carved with a floral pattern surrounded by stylized incised floral patterns on the cavetto. The glaze is crackled overall. The underside is decorated with vertical ribbing. The characteristic unglazed burnt orange ring is within the glazed ringed foot. 10 3/8" diameter x 2" high. Circa 14th century. Very good overall condition...

Beautiful mid-century modern sterling and onyx bracelet by Antonio Pineda. It measures 7 1/2" end to end and is 3/4" wide. Fine original condition and signed as shown.

Festive Haskell! With bright red translucent glass beads that shimmer in the light, this delicate Miriam Haskell set is a perfect special occasion piece. The individual rhinestones are all prong set and the gold plate enhances the stones and beads. Note the interesting shape of the red beads. The necklace is 19" end to end. The flower pendant is 1 1/4" square and the longest dangle is 3". The hinged screw-back earrings are 1 3/4" long.

American Revolutionary War era military style wooden canteen. 19th century. Oak hand carved staves held together by four horizontal hand forged iron bands and two vertical bands; two iron rings and hand forged nails. A keg form canteen with two holes in the top; and with two iron carrying rings for a sling. Condition is very good; the upper most iron band is loose. Dimensions: 8" high x 8.5" wide x 5" deep.

A German pink china pigs in champagne bottle whimsy circa 1890. This vintage unmarked hand painted figural whimsy is 5-3/4" long and 2-3/8" high (maximum) and it is in the form of two pink pigs with a champagne bottle - one leaning on the outside and the other sitting on a plinth and peering out from the bottle in the center...

A fine Chinese carved Ivory Snuff bottle depicting an Elephant with a Empress. Finely carved with great detail the inside is well hollowed. Measuring approx. 3 inches tall in excellent condition. A fine addition to any collection.

Pair of Chinese Tang (618-907) to Five Dynasties (907-960) olive-gray glazed Yue ware 10-petal foliate lotus-leaf shaped shallow bowls with flat bases. The characteristic spur marks are in the interior of the bowls. Circa 9th/10th century. Each measures 1 5/8” high x 5 ½” diameter. There is a small rim chip and an old repair or firing imperfection to the side of one bowl and two small chips to the outside rim of the second bowl...

One of Spratling's early designs, the "ring with three cascabeles" possesses the primordial charm of ambitious beginnings that are nonetheless steeped in the creativity of ancient cultures. I believe the motif is the same here as that in the tortoise shell and silver "snake" box - the more I look at it, the more I think of writhing serpents with spotted skins. The cascabeles are simply the melodious cherry that tops an already superb piece...

Very dramatic mask by British designers Butler and Wilson. Pave rhinestones with richly brilliant pear and square red rhinestones. B&W plaque on the rhodium back. 2 1/2" high, 2 3/8" wide.

An Art Deco hammered silver plate cocktail shaker circa 1930. This decorative 10-3/4" tall item features a hammered body and a mushroom-style cap with a threaded, cork-lined spout cap; it is stamped VIKING PLATE MADE IN CANADA E.P. COPPER LEAD MOUNTS on the bottom. This item is in excellent original condition with no bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a small, shallow dent near the handle and a bit of copper showing near the bottom on the interior...

The Kiseruzutsu (pipe case) is delicately engrave with a goose and grass, bone ring to the top. The clasp to the leather pouch shows a tiger and dragon in brass. When seen together, they represent the concept of duality in the cosmos. There is a repair (sewn together) on the left side of leather pouch. This dates from the first years of the Meiji period (1868-1912).
