A 10k oval garnet ring from the 1960s. This size 5-1/4 ring is unmarked and it tests as 10k gold. The 7/16 x 5/16" claw set garnet calculates to just under 2 carats and this ring weighs 2.4 grams. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than an internal cleave in the stone (not a surface crack)...

Left with original wood patina and some crackles amid the surface, this brush pot was kept in good condition except loss of the bottom board. A later made bottom was added firmly on it. Rarely seen on the market this 1940's sterling silver and gold bracelet was designed and signed by American and Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling(1900-67). This estate piece is a superb Japanese Imari plate, Meiji Period, having a central medallion and eight panels, scalloped gilded edges, white ground with hand painted polychrome floral and brocade decoration, red mark, blue and rust color design on underside of plate. Set of Four Makuzu Kozan Studio Plique Butterflies Cups, Meiji Period (1868-1912)
The cups are 1 inch (2.5 cm) tall, and 2.75 inches (6.75 cm) in diameter.
They are in good condition with no repairs, except one cup has a small chip at the lip, and another cup has a tiny hairline at the butterfly wing and a manufacture defect firing crack (with glaze on top) at the lip (as seen in the photos).
