Magnificent robe with fine embroidery with lots of gold thread on a red silk ground.There are 5 buttons made of solid gold, weighing ca. 8 grams each. The robe is in a very good condition, only some lose threads and light discoloring. H. 128 cm, W. 145 cm. This piece dates from the 2nd half of the 19th century.

A pottery jar glazed with a green lead glaze. Half of it is still green while the other half has oxidized to a silvery iridescent color. The variance in color is due to how the piece was buried and the effect of moisture getting under the surface of the glaze and "lifting" it to give it the pearl-like sheen. We've nicknamed this the Yin-Yang jar because of its unusual natural patterning. What makes this unique is its beautiful silvery- gold iridescence...

By the renowned Mexican silversmith Salvador Teran, this pair of earrings are the epitome of the excellent mid-century designs which were produced in Mexico by the famous metalsmiths of Taxco and Mexico City. They are stamped on the back "Sterling Mexico Salvador 164". They measure 1 1/4" x 1" and are in excellent condition, with functioning screw back fasteners.

A young girl, her hair loosely bound, drifts off into a fond memory with a smile as she brushes a letter, the reem of paper draped from her left hand, the bamboo brush idle in her right. Incredible detail from the Kinkozan Kiln in Kyoto stamped on the pale clay of the base. It is 18 cm (7 inches) long, roughly the same height and in excellent condition. Better known for Kyo-satsuma style pottery works, this is a rarity.

Fine Chinese Song Dynasty Qingbai Porcelain Bowl with Floral Pattern

This fine-quality porcelain bowl was made during the Southern Song Dynasty (AD 1127 - 1279). The inner surface is skilfully decorated with an incised floral pattern, most likely the peony. The bowl is coated in a finely-crackled translucent greenish-blue qingbai glaze of good colour. Further decoration is provided by six "V"-shaped "notches" spread equidistant around the rim...

Absolutely stunning French cuff design bracelet in sterling with aventurine stones by Arizona Modernist H. Fred Skaggs. One side of the bracelet has a huge ( 2"x2" )aventurine stone and the other side a sterling wire rimmed panel terminating with two bezel set aventurine stones that are in the inside of the bracelet but show when on the wrist. George I style sterling silver sugar caster, London, 1908, manufactured by the Gold and Silversmiths Company Ltd., of octagonal baluster form and with an intricately pierced top. Size: 6.5 inches ht. Weight - 4 troy ounces. Condition: very good, no monogram, with only a tiny ding to body (see photo detail), no wobble, stamped with a complete set of matching hallmarks on the body and on the cover and with manufacturer's full name struck on underside of base.
