Chinese Qing dynasty bronze compressed globular bombe form censer with two well executed Buddhist lion-mask handles. High circular foot with an apocryphal six-character Ming Xuande reign mark in relief within a recessed rectangular panel on the base. 5 1/2” diameter (including handles) x 2 5/8” high. Weighs 1 lb. 2 oz. 19th century. Very good overall condition. Appears to have been polished years ago.

We are offering a monumental Matl necklace from Matilde Poulat's earliest work. Finger coral outlines the design which has warmed with age to an orangish red.
