Two Sometsuke tea containers decorated with scholarly scenes and lengthy calligraphic prose by Seifu Yohei I enclosed in a double wood box (ni-ju-bako) annotated by the fourth generation Seifu. They are 6.5 cm square, 13 cm tall. One has a some damage to the inner rim, a chip in the lid and a nick in the glaze of the bottom corner. Repairs can be performed at cost if desired

This graceful fairy was made in the Art Nouveau style. While contemporary, she still conveys the design ethos of a bygone era. Oddly, during the Nouveau era – roughly 1890–1915 - very few fairy jewels were made, except some very high-end ones by designers such as Lalique. A pair of extraordinary sterling silver circular cake plates by Galt & Brother. Circa 1920. Size: 11 1/8" diameter x 1 1/4" height. Each plate is intricately pierced and decorated with cherubs and griffins, and is supported on a short foot ring. In the center is a script family monogram. Condition is excellent.

Exceptional antique 14KT yellow gold ring with a beautifully executed carved black onyx cameo. Victorian, circa 1860 - 1880. Possibly a mourning piece. Not marked but tests positive for 14KT gold with jeweler's acid. Engraved inside with three initials in script. From a Baltimore estate. The cameo has very fine detail; one of the best cameos I have ever had. A fabulous and very wearable antique ring and perfect for wearing with other black jewelry.

Gerardo Lopez dragon cuff is constructed with an overlay for dimension. The background is niello and it looks as if it were hardly worn. There is some glare with the photos but no damage. I date this around 1948 to 1950 as it does carry an eagle but it also carries the earlier hallmark using the 980 mark. The cuff is 2 inches tall, a 1 1/8th in. gap and a 2.25in. diameter. Collector quality.
