J. Pouyat, Limoges, France porcelain relish or condiment dish, decorated with rich gilding to the rococo rim and handles, and with a lustrous interior. There is a gilded original owner's initial "B" applied to one side, and the dish is signed on the under side by the decorator with the initials AB and dated 1933, together with the Pouyat stamp. Wonderful vintage mannequin from France; circa 1950's or 60's. Marked "Siegel et Stockman, Paris" on the back; size 46. Linen covered body has some very minor staining and very slight denting on one shoulder & one breast. The top cap does not fit flush against the neck of the mannequin, this is perhaps not the original body for the stand, but it is how we purchased it in France. This beautiful footed plate or "compotier" has an incredible design of a bird with flowers, a butterfly and a bee on the top side and another bird with a dragonfly & cherries on the underside. The blue color is quite vibrant, especially on the underside design. There is a very small chip along the rim & a larger chip on the bottom of the foot. Measures approximately 8-3/4 inches across & stands 3-1/2 inches high. Stamped on the bottom with an anchor & R, I cannot make out the rest of the mark....

Pair English George III knife boxes in Hepplewhite style. Circa 1800. Each box veneered in figured mahogany with boxwood stringing and serpentine shaped fronts. A beautiful Large Staffordshire blue transfer ware well and tree platter made by Clews circa 1825. The platter features a scenic view of travelers in a landscape with ruins and a floral border. Wonderful champagne ice bucket, or "seau" circa 1950's/60's, from France. To advertise their product, champagne houses would give these buckets to restaurants as a point of sale item, they were not sold. This bucket was never circulated - it is NOS (new old stock). Marked "Montebello" in enamel, "Champange" & "Chateau de Mareuil s/Ay." Nice rolled handles. Chrome over brass; measures 8" tall 7-3/4" across.

This is a wonderful unmarked sterling silver miniature perfumer, ca. 1890, with stopper, no funnel. The medallion shape is highlighted by delicate scrolling and it is decorated with a crisp diaper pattern surrounding a central shield where an initial could be engraved. Storekeeper roly-poly tobacco tin, Red Indian Cut Plug Tobacco brand, by The American Tobacco Company. Early 20th century. Size: 7 inches height x 6 inches diameter. Very good condition, some minor paint loss and rust spotting (see photos). The lithograph decorated tin held one pound of tobacco and is in the form of a Store keeper wearing a blue jacket, black bow tie and smoking a pipe. Head lifts off as a cover. No dents.

This is an antique fukusa (Japanese gift cover) that the design came from the old folk tale called Urashima Taro. It is the story of a man who rescued a turtle from a group of cruel children.
