Decorated with a scene depicting phoenix, chrysanthemum and bamboo beneath the moon in the central field, and, around the flattened edge, with concentric waves and interspersed with floral motifs. Width = 27.5 cm Period : Ming Dynasty, late 16th century.. Condition : short glaze hairline (1 cm) , a tiniest of nick on the rim, no restoration.

This extraordinarily difficult to find pharmacy “IDEAL CAPSULE FILLER” was used by early 20th century druggists in the Pierce Pharmacy, Hartford, Connecticut.

The machine was successfully developed to increase a pharmacist's capsule production. The patent date is stamped Oct. 31, 1905, and the direction guide is marked "Baltimore Capsule Co." The capsule filler has a filling plate with 4 parallel rows of 24 holes and each row was made for 2 different size capsules...

Very well crafted Chinese enameled porcelain bowl, decorated with landscape design, bearing artiste's inscription on the side, late 19th century period. Size; Diameter of bowl is 5.5 inches with height of 2.75 inches, no condition issues noted.

A cast silver pin/pendant with irregular branches and a lustered, textured surface. The abstract design is enhanced with a translucent lacquer finish that gives the silver a whitish or gold tint in some areas. The glass beads are a deep red to imitate coral and are secured with adhesive applied to the back, in some places excessively. The rollover clasp is in good working order; a sturdy bail is applied behind one tip. The piece measures 2 ¼ inches long by 1 ¾ inches at its widest area...

Signed with an old hallmark of Matilde Poulat's Matl the repousse is in full regalia. Very well done with fine carving leaving a true feeling of the feathered bird. This is the larger sized version being 4 1/8thin. tall and 2.25in. wide. The weight is 36.5 grams heavy. This is a must have for the Matl collector and this one is an excellent example with the larger, full tail of 3 rings. No damage or flaws, just superb.

A small Buddhist statue with serene expression, wearing Bodhisattva garments. Seated in dhyanasana, holding the hands in dhyanamudra. Made of hardwood with gilt lacquering and lapis lazuli powder in the curled hair. Condition: tip of the nose lost, some wear and traces of age. Dimension: 18.8 cm tall, weight: 565 g.

This vintage dosage spoon measures approx. 4 3/4" long dates to the 1930-1940 era. On one end of the spoon there is a clock face with a rotating dial indicating the next time to take your medicine.

The handle of the spoon is engraved "D & G DRUG STORE" and in the bowl of the spoon are the graduation marks for 1 and 1/2 teaspoons.

Great modernist design in this sterling and turquoise ring by Navajo Johnny Mike Begay during his time working at the White Hogan Shop in Scottsdale, AZ.
