This is an exceptionally fine yoni, of great size and beautifully crafted. It measures 22" long, 9" wide, and is 6 1/2" high. Heavy weight, 10 pounds. The workmanship is excellent, all hand hammered and sculpted in perfect form. The top is adorned with raised ridges and lines, and the tail is perfectly flared. This sculptural Spratling design measures 3" X 1 3/4" and will accommodate a 1 inch strap. Each hand carved shell is held in place by 4 eye-catching sterling silver studs. The buckle is in beautiful condition with a warm patina. Signed with a script WS & 925 dating the piece to early 1950's.
