The vase is 9.5 inches (24 cm) tall, and 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) wide.

It is in good condition with no repairs or chips, except manufacture defect hairline glaze cracks at the body (as seen in the photos).

In 1949, William Spratling signed a contract with Conquistador, a large silver factory in Mexico, to provide designs that were to be manufactured and sold by this company. I believe this large, stunning star shaped pendant to be one of these pieces. Measuring 4" long and 3" wide, this eight spoked star has two diagonal sections with azurite fused into the silver as the focal point of the piece.Solid at 30 grams. A beautiful and unique ring by Carmen Beckmann composed of 5 silver bands with a scroll design alternating with stones of turquoise and amethyst quartz. The depth of color of the amethysts vary from dark to light and one of the light stones has a tiny nick on the surface that looks much bigger in the photos due to the extreme magnification. It in no way detracts from the ring and actually looks like a natural inclusion.The bands are connected together by a silver bar in the back of the ring...

Blue & White dish, with a central decoration of Chrysanthemum heads (also called China Asters) in the back ground of whorls, the cavetto divided into thirdteen panels each with a Chrysanthemum flower. Brown glaze finish at rim. Early Ching dynasty Kangxi period (1662-1722). Condition is good, except several old chips on foot rim, glaze hairline, further in perfect condition with no other chips, no crack and no restored. Diameter: 20.4 cm.

A framed calligraphy fan painting by important Edo period poet Kawano Tetsuto (1825-1867), published in the book Shijin Kano Tetsuto (1932). The ancient paper fan is mounted in a field of gold flake bordered with black lacquered wood, the frame measuring 11-1/2 by 23-1/2 inches (29 x 59.5 cm). There is one spot of damage to the flecked gold mounting in the lower right (see photos)...
