Big statement vintage circa 1970 signed Lanvin necklace with a large goldtone pendant with a silvertone center element, on a heavy goldtone chain with spring ring clasp. Marked LANVIN PARIS. The pendant is 3 1/8 inches long and the snake chain is 30 inches long. A Sherman green opalescent blue art glass gp necklace from the 1950s. This unusual gold plated 14-7/8" necklace has a snapover clasp and its thirteen links are 9/16" wide. Each has a fine yellow/green art glass insert with copper and gold metal sparkles and the glass has blue irridescent flash. This beauty is signed SHERMAN and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than the loss of some of the gold plating on the underside...

Large and glamorous, the color combination of rich purple and deep blue cabochons accentuated by tiny pearls makes for a stunning necklace. The unusual shape of the bib provides a prominent and dramatic display when worn. The bottom of the bib is 12" across, 3 1/2" high. The necklace is approximately 16" end to end. The oval name plate is stamped KJL.

What can be said about this set except Spectacular! If worn against black, the glittering rhinestones seem to float, unattached. If worn against a colored fabric , the japanned (blackened) metal sets off the rhinestones in a stunning and dramatic fashion. This Cadoro (or Hollywood Stars) brooch pin is 2 1/4" x 2 3/4" . It appears to be in mint condition. There are faux white coral all the way around. All are in tact. No missing or broken pieces. This item is in excellent vintage condition. It is hallmarked "Cadoro" on the back.
